3 Crafts to try for St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day is nearly upon us, so why not celebrate by getting a bit crafty? Here are three of our favourite St. Patrick's themed craft activities to try out this weekend, whether you're hosting your own celebrations or just looking for something to do with the kids.

These shamrock coffee mugs by It All Started With Paint are super simple to make and look really cute, too. All you need is a mug and a sharpie! The finished effect is beautiful, and these mugs would make for the perfect way to serve an Irish coffee. Find the full instructions over on the It All Started With Paint website.

If you're hosting your very own St. Patrick's Day celebrations this weekend, you could decorate in style with these super easy paper strip shamrocks by Sugar Bee Crafts. All you need to make these is some green card and a stapler - it couldn't be easier! Even the most novice of crafters can easily get to grips with this, so it's perfect for something to do with the kids, too.

Empty toilet paper rolls have so many uses in crafting and beyond, plus it's the perfect way to get a bit creative with your recycling! These toilet paper roll leprechaun hats by The Resourceful Mama are great for a rainy day activity with the kids, or you could even use them to hold things like paper straws or cocktail sticks as table decorations for a full on St Patrick's themed party.
