It's time to have a peek into our April box contents! If you're new around these parts, My Greeting Box is a monthly card making subscription box that delivers everything you need to make beautiful handmade cards - straight to your door. Here's a look at the sort of things you can expect to find in yours, and a discount code for your very first box!
For April, we're heading out-of-this-world with our Monsters and Aliens theme. These adorable little creatures make for brilliant cards for children of all ages (including the grown-up ones!) and will work for so many occasions. We've focused on birthday cards for this box, but that's not to say you couldn't use these materials for congratulations cards, good luck cards, or so much more.
Inside the box, you'll find everything you need to get started making these unique handmade cards, including a handy starter kit that comes alongside your first box too! To match our theme, we've packed this box full of black and silver card, with a stunning silver ink pad and a silver gel pen for you to decorate your work with.
The stamps fit in perfectly with this month's theme, featuring a host of super cute monsters and aliens for you to add to your creations. You could add these using the silver ink, or go for black and colour them in with your felt pens from the starter kit for some extra colourful creations.
To really bring your cards to life, you'll also find a selection of extra decorative bits and bobs, which include some shiny star sequins, silver jewels and those all so important googly eyes! We pop in the handy bits like PVA glue and double-sided tape to make adding your finishing touches a breeze.
All of our boxes have instructions for our three monthly card designs for you to get stuck into. As always, there's plenty of extra materials for you to have a play about with - so get crafty and come up with some of your very own out-of-this-world creations! Be sure to share some snaps of your creations on social media with the #mygreetingbox hashtag so we can have a peek a what you've been making and post them on our own profiles too.
